maine dil se kaha, dhoondh laana khushi
na samajh laya gham, to yeh gham hi sahi

maine dil se kaha, dhoond laana khushi
na samajh laya gham, to yeh gham hi sahi
maine dil se kaha dhoond laana khushi......

bechaara kahan jaanta tha
khalish hai yeh kya khala hai
shehar bhar ki khushi se
yeh dard mera bhala hai
jashn yeh raas na aaye
mazaa toh bas gham main aaya hai

maine dil se kaha, dhoondh laana khushi
na samajh laya gham, to yeh gham hi sahi

kabhi hai ishq ka ujaala
kabhi hai maut ka andhera
bataao kaun bhes hoga
main jogi banu ya lootera
kayi chehre hai is dil ke
na jaane kaunsa mera

maine dil se kaha dhoondh laana khushi
na samajh laya gham, to yeh gham hi sahi

hazaaron aise faasley the
jo taiy karne chale the
raahe magar chal padi thi
aur peeche hum rah gaye the
kadam do chaar chal paaye
kiye phere tere mann ke

maine dil se kaha, dhoond laana khushi
na samajh laya gum, to yeh gham hi sahi

maine dil se kaha, dhoond laana khushi
na samajh laya gham, to yeh gham hi sahi...................

wish me luck....

This week is going to be most crucial week of my life, both on personal as well professional front...hmmmm..on second thoughts more on personal front.
Yes, under-water currents are still working overtime and one moment allz well n calm and very next moment tsunami strikes....sometimes at my place and most of time at her place.

I'm happy the way my parents have handled me...and my moods and my irresponsible behaviour till TODAY.
And TODAY is another BIG day that'll decide rest of my life.
******

Safin got his due at last, after months of hard work, mental conditioning he got his due. great, in fact to me he won the championship the day he defeated Federer.
******

From 100 to 150 in 19 balls, special talent can't lay low for long.
*****

in past 4 days, drove almost 400kms , its good on highways but in city its irritating or i think i need to buy some new music.
{* ouch right shoulder hurts a bit *}
*****

Last night (ard 10) V messaged me "IM OUTSDE UR HOUSE", usually he calls 100times before coming to meet me..........ooooooh this is soooo boring.

Not happening...

hmm..problem with 3-day weekends is, there is a strong craving for taking another day off, to make up for the time wasted in past three days, and not taking a leave make me feel soo tired n lethargic through out the day.
*****

Wow, Agassi is playing some fantastic tennis, loved the way he handled that big serving swede, despite 51 aces against him he wrapped up the match in 4 sets, and he is 34, yes 34., bluudy I still clearly remember him when used to have looong hair with lots of ear-rings and used to play in denim shorts :-)
hmmmm..he is my favorite.....infact 2nd favorite, after Stefan Edberg,....hmm but McEnroe will remain my all time favorite.
*****

I'm tired.....or bored?
*****

Today have to attend a friend's wedding anniversary PARTY, still not sure what to gift them, so planning to leave office ard 6 and spend some 1-2 hrs in market then heading to their place.

Nothing tires me more than an off-day at work.

FW:

I wanted to thank all my friends and family who have
forwarded chain letters to me in 2003 & 2004.

Because of your kindness:

* I stopped drinking Coca Cola after I found out that it's good for removing toilet stains.

* I stopped going to the movies for fear of sitting on a needle infected with AIDS.

* I smell like a wet dog since I stopped using deodorants because they cause cancer.

* I don't leave my car in the parking lot or any other place and sometimes I even have to walk about 7 blocks for fear that someone will drug me with a perfume sample and try to rob me.

* I also stopped answering the phone for fear that they may ask me to dial a stupid number and then I get a phone bill from hell with calls to Uganda, Singapore and Tokyo.

* I also stopped drinking anything out of a can for fear that I will get sick from the rat feces and urine.

* When I go to parties, I don't look at any girl, no matter how hot she is, for fear that she will take me to a hotel, drug me then take my kidneys and leave me taking a nap in a bathtub full of ice.

* I also donated all my savings to the Amy Bruce account. A sick girl that was about to die in the hospital about 7,000 times. (Poor girl! she's been 7 since 1993...)

* I went bankrupt from bounced checks that I made expecting the $15,000 that Microsoft and AOL were supposed to send me when I participated in their special e-mail program would arrive soon.

* My free Nokia phone never arrived and neither did the free passes for a paid vacation to Disneyland.

* Still open to help some from Bulgaria who wants to use my account to transfer his uncle property of some hundred millions $.

* Made some Hundred wishes before forwarding those Ganesh Vandana ,Tirupathi Balaji pics etc.. now most of those 'Wishes' are already married (to someone else)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you do not send this e-mail to at least 1246 people
in the next 10 seconds, a bird will SH** on your head
today at 6:30pm.

Yellow Journalism

Dear M/s Purie/Chandra/Mukherjea/Roy,

In this new year, we'll highly appreciate if you people concentrate on presenting news to the viewers in more 'humane' manner, and do not make news spicy and juicy at the expense of human emotions, we are sick of watching so many such TV shows (Khabardaar, RED ALERT, Investigation, Jurm, SANSANI, FIR etc etc.) which totally depend on sleaze and exploited human emotions, broaden your view pleaseee, stop making mockery of people who have already suffered a lot , stop presenting them in studio for sorting out family feud(remember Arif-Gudiya issue),, please raise the standard of content presented. We are not interested in knowing the intimate details of Rahul Gandhi's girlfriend, but kindly make us more aware about our rights, about our duties and responsibilities, tell us how our chosen Government is faring in most transparent manner, tell us how our MPs and MLAs are doing for their constituency, call them in studio ask them questions coz its the right of tax-paying common man to know how his hard-earned money is being spent.

Stop glamorizing the evil, stop presenting criminals as some sort of heroes. Stop showing us the live police raids on massage parlors, stop showing us enacted versions of crime, which took place. We are not interested in knowing how blue-films are made and distributed, we are not interested in knowing how flesh-trade flourishes. Please stop all this nonsense.
If you have then information then present that to authorities and follow up with them.

Why do we have to flip 3-4 channels to know the actual news, why each channel have a different story to tell, why can't we trust just one channel, its all coz of ever deteriorating standards of information presented to us, in the race-of-me first the information gets twisted and channel loses creditability.

Stop this commercialization,.. Raise the bar, and bring back the good old days of fair & transparent news, presented in most unambiguous and uncomplicated manner.

Yes, I do believe in God, I believe in miracles, I’ve full faith in HER.
There is someone somewhere who is guiding me, my actions, and cares for me; loves me unconditionally. I’m bad, manipulative but still I believe God loves me, SHE loves everybody, all HER good and bad children. At times, it is so relaxing to leave everything to HER, and let HER decide what is in favor of everybody.
***
Last night nephew(with his shoes on) kicked me hard at my mouth, for a moment I thought my left n right incisor are gone, luckily escaped with a swollen upper lip only.
Of course we were playing.
***
Shubha Mudgal rocks. Check out the music of Raincoat.
***
Here, atmosphere is bit tense, not tense exactly, it’s ‘extra-professional’ now a days as annual increment/promotion letters are being given, though I’m not expecting anything coz’ I got one such letter six months back.
***
Passing thought: If for an minute or for a second, we all stop visiting all religious places(mandirs/masjids/gurudwaras/churches/etc etc.) , then we stop going there for a week and then a month, this will reduce all religious places to mere ‘buildings’; I meant still believing in God but not visiting any religious place.
Conclusion- God is where, we choose HER to be.
***
Damn, my mailbox is flooded with pictures of tsunami disaster; people send the relief there rather than bombarding pictures again and again.

Humdrum

Monday::
It all started with the lunch I had on monday, ever heard of subzi of "beans+mattar+mushrooms+shimla-mirch", yes my ma have this fancy of cooking all sort of weird combos, sometimes she even cooks "tori-paneer" or "tinda-paneer" or "methi-shimlamirch", but the monday lunch was too weird for me it consisted of all vegetables that I hate, so that left me in bad taste in all ways. In the evening played 7 consecutive games that left me fully drenched in sweat to the innermost of clothing, and remained so till late night.

Tuesday::
Woke up with heaviness in head and scratchy throat, but since in the morning, mind is much pre-occupied to reach office on time, so only after some 1-2 hours at work realized the gravity of ailments but it was too late by that time, pain in eyes also started to contribute its share.
Well, in the afternoon had a nice lunch at "Taste of India" with a close friend(Vipul) who was in town for his Visa-appointment at US embassy.

Wednesday::
Woke up at 11:30, :-) hahahaahaha....., spent whole day at home.
-- Reading blogs from home are not even as half much fun as compared to from office.
-- In all waking hours, mom gave me lecture....about getting married etc.
-- took a crocin and slept early.

Thursday::
Again there was some pain in throat, so quickly did a consequences-check if I take another day off, and I tell u if once the thought of taking a leave comes in my mind then I always manage to justify the leave; quickly message a friend to tell the boss abt my another leave.
-- watched match
-- checked mails
-- slept
-- checked mails

now feeling fully-fit and all set for tomorrow.
